Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Adoptable Pets in California

We are a small no kill 501c3 nonprofit rescue group based out of Modesto, Ca. who strives to save just one life at a time. We get our dogs from various high kill shelters, take owner surrenders (as space provides), and on occasion lost and abandoned animals, when space provides and proper steps have been taken to locate owners.
All dogs are vaccinated, utd on vaccines, flea treated, puppies wormed, micro chipped and spayed/neutered prior to leaving.
All kitties are first fostered in homes then once healthy, shots and spayed/neutered then are placed in our adoption room at Modesto Petco.
Call Us: 209-480-8662
