Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

We started this outreach program in hopes to help stop the over population of animals in the shelters. In helping owners at the beginning, when they may feel that they need to surrender their furry friend, at the sense of helplessness, not knowing what resources are out there, and education.
We want pet owners to know that there is help out there, and hope that we can do all that we can to help keep their loved animals out of the shelters. We know that there sometimes isnt another alternative, we are hoping to help those in need and give them a sense of relief and hope.
