Mutts Transport Service (DBA) Tails of Rescue

We are a non profit 501 (c) 3 Mutts Transport Service doing business as (DBA) Tails of Rescue

We rescue animals! That means that we do not rescue perfect animals. We rescue puppies, kittens, old dogs, old cats, animals that are ill with heartworm or cancer, blind, deaf, with only three legs. We rescue animals that have lived in a loving home all their lives, but we also rescue animals that have been beaten, starved, and abandoned. Each of these animals has different needs. There is not a “one size fits all” philosophy in rescue. Thats why we have adoption applications and why we interview homes our Volunteers devote countless hours, with their only return the joy of seeing a pet go to a good home.

Rescue–Rehab–Rehome

Mutts Transport Service doing business as (DBA) Tails of Rescue is a volunteer based, non profit, 501c3 organization that literally saves dogs and cats from shelters euthanasia list. We pull animals from our local shelters we to try to reduce the number of unwanted animals locally. Tails of Rescue is a shelterless rescue (foster based), but animals are in the store daily. We rely on the generosity of our volunteers and foster families to provide short- and long-term care and rehabilitation for our rescues until they can be placed with their forever families.

Our shelter operates solely on your generous donations. Please consider helping our cause. 100% of your donation will provide food, supplies, and medical care. We dont have any paid employees, only amazing volunteers!
