Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…

Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?

Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

FixNation is a non-profit organization committed to cats, and to supporting Trap-Neuter-Return. We provide a free, full-time spay/neuter clinic for cats (Wednesday-Saturday) with two full-time veterinarians capable of sterilizing as many as 100 cats per day. We also provide low-cost, affordable spay/neuter services for tame pet cats. We loan out humane traps and equipment to the public free of charge, provide training on how to humanely trap feral cats and kittens, and offer guidance and information on long-term care and management for feral colonies. We are located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and have been operational as a non-profit since 2007.

  • PLEASE HELP!! TWO small dogs missing after wind storm on 1/6/17 in Pearblossom, Ca. Rusty is a small, male, with dark brown, short-hair. He is a Chihuahua mix. His nose is dark pink and irritated. He has Lupus and needs medicine. He is a sweet but shy dog. He may be with another small, yellow male, named Moe. Moe has a long snout and pointy ears. He is a Chihuahua and possibly Airdale mix. He is very shy but likes treats. Please call (818) 640-4790 if found. We miss these little guys!

  • Both of these dogs are considered semi-feral. Moe is the least socialized due to his past experience.
