Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…

Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?

Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

  • I think it is so sad to hire someone with a learning disability who wants to work and will work hard. It may take them a little longer to catch on but once they get it they remember it.is there on time willing to learn. Only given 5 days in two different areas and is let go because "they are to slow" if given the time and opportunity this would have been a great loyal emoloyee. I feel sorry for your loss. This person is devastated about this but will get over it eventually.

  • Really? Is this your site? No wonder your shelter is always full. How can someone who uses the internet search for your site be expected to get any type of helpful information from this page? Not even a link redirecting us to a current or more useful page. Sad for Me, Sadder for the animals.
