Vision TAPS brings companion animals together through a comprehensive, holistic adoption center complete with community outreach and education, aggressive spay/neuter, rehabilitation and training programs to ensure a loving partnership for life.

Instead of working to keep people and companion animals together, they take the surrendered animal back, then badmouth those who returned it.

Although most of the volunteers are in it for the animals, there are quite a few that are there because they need to feel important. They fail to realize it's about the animals ... Not them
