They ask for help and fosters but turn it away and let animals die instead. Their facility is more disgusting than a rural shelter...they do not keep it clean at all. The animals live in filth. Dogs are in tiny cages sitting in their own urine and feces

Worst foster program ever. Cathy Oakley and misti cooper are old judgemental horrible people. They look down on anyone younger than them, even 30 year olds that provide better care than they do to animals
