Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Aide for Animals Sanctuary is a small No-Kill, Limited Admission, non-profit, 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization, adoption center, assisted living & retirement home for healthy (non contagious), domestic cats and dogs.
There are many once unwanted animals that depend solely on us for their food and medical attention, living out their lives at our shelter; some are disabled or “special needs.” We are dedicated to giving these animals a loving home where they can live out their lives in a safe and comfortable environment. We use the spay/neuter program, NOT euthanasia, as population control and consider a disability only a challenge.
