Cocker Spaniel Rescue of East Texas
Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

CSRET is a non profit organization that operates as a network of dedicated volunteers. Our mission is to provide essential care and support to Cocker Spaniels in need. We offer foster homes, affection, shelter, transportation, grooming, and food to these dogs. The funds we receive are primarily allocated to veterinary care, medication, and temporary boarding for dogs who are awaiting placement in foster homes. We recognize that leaving a CockerKid® in a shelter while waiting for a foster home is not a guarantee of their safety. Therefore, we take proactive measures to ensure their well-being.
As a recognized 501(c)(3) organization by the IRS, Cocker Spaniel Rescue of East Texas provides you with the opportunity to make tax-deductible contributions towards our cause.
