Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

The Chance Foundation is to help homeless, neglected, abused and/or abandoned dogs. While the dogs are in our care, we give them housing, food, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and any medical care they may need.
-
We give them lots of love and attention and work on improving their socialization skills and obedience training in hopes that it may help them find their perfect match with a loving home.
-
Every dog we have taken in so far has made great strides of improvement regarding their temperament, socialization, trainig and general well-being.
-
We take in as many dogs as we can afford to at any given time. If you or someone you know is interested in a loving companion, please look at the dogs we have available on our website.
