Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

The Kitten Nursery is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to save cats and kittens in need. We are a no-kill rescue based in Williamston with foster homes across mid-Michigan.
The Kitten Nursery consists of a group of volunteers dedicated to providing a loving, safe environment for our cats and kittens until they find their new fur-ever home.
The Kitten Nursery helps with TNR (trap, neuter, return) of feral cats. We help to find barn placement of feral cats when they aren’t able to be returned to their original location.
The Kitten Nursery relies on the donations from people like you to continue to save cats and kittens and to help reduce the population of feral cats.
