Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Michigan Pug Rescue, "Pug Luv" is a non-profit 501(c)3 (EIN: 38-3530377) animal rescue organization registered in the state of MIchigan. Since April, 2000 "Pug Luv has been the leading Pug Rescue organization in MIchigan. We accept Pugs and Pug mixes regardless of their medical issues. We are dedicated to finding loving, caring and safe, furever permanent homes for rescued, displaced, and homeless Pugs.
Our organization in composed of a network of volunteers and is funded through both fundraising efforts and the generous financial support of private individuals and commercial entities.
"Pug Luv" has saved over 700 Pugs and Pug mixes.
