Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Olives Hope Pet Rescue has served Miami County, Kansas and surrounding counties for over 10 years. In that time, we have cared for and placed countless animals in forever homes. We are the only pet rescue in Miami County.
Olives Hope Pet Rescue, a 501c3 corporation, is an all-breed, no-kill rescue group, governed by a group of dedicated animal lovers who are experienced in rescue, training and animal care.
We believe that every animal deserves to live free from neglect and abuse. Our efforts include rescuing from local shelters and fostering until suitable homes can be found.
