Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

New Beginnings Dog Rescue is a non profit, volunteer based, no kill rescue group which specializes in the rescue and placement of abused, unwanted, and abandoned dogs. Our goal is to end pet overpopulation by educating the public on spay and neuter, as well as placing all dogs in loving, forever homes.
We do not have a facility, we foster all of the dogs in our homes. Each dog is treated as one of our own and is provided with a temporary loving home until he or she finds a forever home. The dogs are rescued from area shelters, puppy mills, and many are owner turn ins.
