Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Our Mission: We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit facility committed to providing a safe, humane, HIGH-SAVE environment to allow all animals to find their forever home.
Help save lives that matter. Donate now!
Why High-Save? Animal lives matter! All animals deserve a second chance at a great, happy life, and also deserve to live free of pain, discomfort, and despair.
We do not euthanize except in the most dire of circumstances. That HIGH-SAVE mantra includes breeds that have traditionally been viewed as "difficult" or "violent." We absolutely do not euthanize unless it is the only humane solution as judged by a licensed veterinarian. We love animals and want to try our hardest to save as many as we possibly can!
