Winona Area Humane Society
The purpose of the Winona Area Humane Society is to prevent cruelty to animals, to relieve the suffering of animals and to provide humane education throughout Winona County.
It is the policy of the Society to provide humane care and treatment for animals needing protection in the area served by the Society; to seek to return lost animals to their owners; to seek suitable homes for animals without owners. In its care and disposition of animals, the Society follows all standards prescribed by the Humane Society of the United States.
