Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Animal Allies is an all volunteer nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ending the needless suffering ad exploitation of animals. We share a common respect and concern for all animals and oppose cruelty in any form.
Our main goal is to end pet overpopulation. Millions of animals are euthanized across the country every year simply for lack of a home.
Since our inception in 1994, Animal Allies has assisted thousands of pet owners with spaying and neutering their pets. We hold low-cost clinics every month for anyone who cannot afford the regular cost of spay/neuter.
We work daily towards achieving our goal of no more homeless animals by providing whatever is necessary to help people get their pets spayed and neutered. Whether it be financial help, transportation or lending a cat carrier, we do whatever it takes to get the job done. We are on a countdown to zero and we will not rest until we reach our goal.
