Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF)

ARF was founded in 1971 as a non-profit, non-destroy shelter (for dogs, cats, puppies & kittens.) Since then, ARF has been staffed exclusively by volunteers. Every animal taken into ARF has a safe place until forever home is found.
