Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

My dogs got out oct 5th while I was in the hospital haveing surgery they are my service dogs, Im a disabled veteran they are belgium and dutch cross, I found the female the man wont return her?? the male is brindle name rocky,I would appreciate anyone with information to please contact me at 918-932-4339 thnx and God Bless, for the female Ive turned it over to the police dept. the shot tags are from ranch acres veterinary
