Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…

Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?

Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Feline is a charity concerned solely with the rescue and rehoming of cats, and has operated in South Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire for over 20 years. We never put healthy animals to sleep, and have the cats in our own homes, not a rescue centre.

The purpose of Feline Rescue:

* To help unwanted and abandoned cats find good homes * To help neuter cats to stop unwanted kittens * To help prevent cruelty to cats * To educate people as to why their cats should be neutered * To help with small feral colonies: Trap, neuter and then return, Feeding them whenever possible and Getting veterinary care when needed
