Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

We are a small Scottish based branch of a national cat rescue organisation (see map below) who are concerned primarily with the welfare of feral cats and kittens. We aim to neuter feral cats and kittens and re-home feral cats and kittens which are deemed suitable to adapting to a domestic environment. We also aim to help feral cats and kittens by promoting a neutering programme. We help any feral cat/kittens in need.
The group is run by a small team of cat loving volunteers (foster mums) who are dedicated purely to the welfare of cats. This group was started in September 1999 to try to help the sheer volume of cats in need. The existing charities couldn't seem to be able to cope. Since then we have we have cared for, neutered, treated and re-homed over 850 cats and kittens to domestic type family homes. In addition, we have also neutered and treated some 600 feral/farm cats returning them to their original site where possible. Or elsewhere to more suitable outside homes, if and when they become available.
