We are a non-profit exotic rescue which rescues all the various types of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates commonly described as "exotic pets". We are experienced in handling a large variety of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates and we are here to help with rehoming your animal. Our aim is to rescue sick or unwanted reptiles and exotics and to then rehome them to caring responsible homes for life, or to offer a permanent sanctuary here should they be unfit for rehoming.

Whether your snakes have grown too big, your lizards got too aggressive, your spiders are just too scary for your friends to visit you any more, or perhaps something exotic has turned up in your garden, or your pet is now just unwanted or can't be kept because of a change in personal circumstances, we are here to help. We are not here to judge you, or attribute blame, our only concern is the welfare of the animal. Whatever the reason, we will collect them, obtain veterinary care if necessary, and thereafter make their stay with us as comfortable as possible. We will travel throughout North East of England to collect animals.

We are completely reliant on donations made by the public and businesses to cover our operating costs. All donations are welcome, however little it may be. If you would like to donate anything including equipment or even food for the animals, we would be most grateful.
