Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

The Kauai Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Kauai SPCA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded by concerned Kauai animal welfare advocates, veterinarians, and business leaders. We provide a safety net for Kauais homeless pets that existing rescues cannot save.
KSPCA is foster-based and volunteer-driven. We are a small but mighty crew that functions without a facility or government funding.
OUR GOALS INCLUDE:
Giving animals life-saving medical treatment, giving them a second chance
Providing resources like free spay and neutering and veterinary care assistance
Reducing feral cats by working with KCCP
Partnering and transferring pets to mainland rescue organizations
Email Us: [email protected]
