She’s is home safe as of today 8-12-19. She was found a little over a mile away by a neighbor. After being gone for 12 days. She wouldn’t come to him and ran away. We went back this morning after setting a live trap to see if we caught her. We had not. But, we saw her run across the dirt road into the tall grass. After calling for her for a while she finally caught my scent and came running. She was muddy, very thin and had a couple deep bite marks but otherwise fine. Took her to the vet within a couple of hours and got started on antibiotics. She is happy to be home. Playing with the cats and our other dog. It’s a miracle.
