He is black and white, no chip, was wearing a collar and a leash, he went missing from the WinCo parking lot, and is not familiar with area, yellow eyes, skinnier build, less than 2 years old, smaller than normal, short hair, and the lack for around his eyes is like perfect Egyptian eyeliner, has a high-pitched baby meow, is neutered and super sweet. He went missing from the WinCo parking lot and is not familiar with the area, he had a collar on and a leash. He is terribly missed and I am devastated and have been looking for him and around the area every day posting flyers everywhere, please don't hesitate to message or call 24/7 anything is appreciated. I am super sad and wishing him to be back home till very very much.
