**Medical Information:**
- Simba has underlying health issues and requires medication twice a day, 12 hours apart.
- Medications:
- Furosemide: Give 1 tablet by mouth every 12 hours for the long term. It is normal if he needs to urinate 1-2 hours after taking the medication.
- Pimobendan: Give half a tablet by mouth every 12 hours for life.
