WILLIAM HAS BEEN FOUND!!! I found him in a neighbor's backyard down the street after I was searching backyards (with permission), looking under sheds/decks, calling for him and shaking a container of dry food. He is home, safe, and happy. Thank you so much to everyone who gave advice and helped to boost his signal!!
