About this Lost Dog

BLIND Diabetic Beagle mix. Huge cataracts on eyes, very friendly. Gets around OK. Needs insulin, but will just be sluggish without it. He is my parents' dog- Mom's in the hospital and Buddy wandered off in all the chaos.
