UPDATE 08/19/20: RIGSBY IS HOME AFTER 116 DAYS!!! On day 115 a neighbor spotted him and on day 116 he was trapped and we brought him home!!! He’s skinny, injured (not severely), sun bleached, hoarse from meowing in the cage, but he’s SO HAPPY to be home! Thank you for keeping an eye out for him, the timing couldn’t have been better - we needed some good news. ** It looks like someone had him, but he escaped and was finding his way home - he isn’t as matted as he should be if he’d been outside for almost 4 months. ** ••UPDATE 08/20/20•• The vet confirmed Rigsby looks like he’s been outside for weeks and not months, so it appears someone did have him for about 3 months before he escaped and found his way home.
