Lost Cat in Corpus Christi, TX, 78417 Male, Last Seen: 28 January 2021

Blue is a feral cat. He's extremely old & has been outside all of his life. He was roaming the trailer park one day & I had called him over. Not thinking he would run up to me and my kids. None of the cats here do that. He wasn't cautious at all. Which also concerns me now that he's missing. He's grown on us the last few months. He is extremely loving towards other cats and humans. Poor boy is in a lot of pain. His tongue is protruded due to a sore under the tongue. He has a skin infection (not contagious) due to fleas. At the moment I've not yet reached my goal amount to restore his full health, but we are close. The vet costs aren't cheap. We feed him every day 2xs + lots of water & make sure to spend some time with him outside. We also made a warm shelter on our porch for him because some nights are worse than others. We want to give him his last few years in a comfortable home. I haven't been able to take him inside just yet due to my other male cats. He's been missing for 3 days now. He always comes when we call, but for the last three days, we've searched the park with no luck. He's not a very good looking cat, I'll be honest, but his heart is so pure. He kinda honks instead of meowing. His nasal passages almost sound congested. Since I had antibiotics from my other cat, I added them to his food for a few weeks & his honk slightly went away. It's now in between a honk & a meow. He doesn't deserve to be mistreated. One day he came up to us with something stuck up his bum. It was a straw wrapper. I couldn't fathom how he would eat that & then only half of the wrapper comes out clean upon releasing his bowls. Please don't hurt him, if you see him. My heart breaks just even imagining someone would be so cruel for no reason. Please if anyone has any information pertaining to his whereabouts, please contact me. Even if he isn't alive. I'd like to give him a proper burial.
