MINT IS BACK HOME TONIGHT!!! A caring and observant neighbor spotted him today in the middle of a field and alerted me immediately. Mint stayed there long enough for me to pick him up and bring him home. His ordeal of being 33 days outside is over. He lost half his weight but is otherwise unharmed. We are overjoyed and cannot enough express our gratitude for the life-saving actions of this neighbor, and everyone who helped us in the search by placing baby food jars in their garages, looked out for Mint, or simply spread the word. Information from the booklet and video by Kimberley Freeman at https://www.lostcatfinder.com and her generous on-the-side consultation was vitally important to bring Mint home.
