He has cerebral hypoplasia so he walks really slow and is super sweet. I miss him so much and the thought of him being out in the cold is breaking my heart. Last seen in Manayunk! He is approachable and won’t run from anyone. Description: All black. Has brain damage walks a little funny super kind and sweet. Please help me bring my little boy . He has seizures.
