SHES HOME SAFE!!! I have been leaving the door open during the day and about 30 mins ago she just came in. Oddly enough for 4 days she doesn't appear dirty or even like she has been outdoors for an extended period of time. not wet, no cold fur. Either someone had her and let her go after seeing the neon signs I put up all over, or she was trapped inside somewhere.
