About this Lost Dog

Our furry family member got out early day on April 20th 2019 where as he usually comes home after 20-30 minutes on his own, this time was different. A man called me and told me he found my daughter's dog, when I asked him where I could pick him up the man told me not unless I have a reward for him "wasting his time to catch our dog when he didn't have to". He since then on April 25th called again and has demanded $500 for the return of our dog. If u r reading this I have gotten the money together so please call again. If u have seen him and can give me any info on his whereabouts please contact me. Our furry family member's name is flounder Cate (on his tags), but he responds to puppers, he is half Chihuahua and half??, He has an all black coat with an abnormally short tail and a hair lip, he is my oldest daughters service animal she has very severe emotional diagnosis's along with depression issues. And she is literally physically sick over her "baby boy" as she calls him, missing!! She won't hardly eat or talk. So please if u read this please we miss him and we need him home, or if u have seen him or have any info please don't hesitate to call or text me show contact info , my name is heather. Thank u so much
