Lost Cat in Portland, OR, 97230 Male, Last Seen: 05 April 2019

We haven't seen Monroe in about a week. He's gone out several times before this and has never been gone this long. He's a neutered male, with black and white markings. He has a "Monroe" beauty Mark on his face and sometimes scratches at his butt so at times there's some fur loss around his tail. Right before he got out i put his medication on so he should be pretty healed. He's friendly but standoffish and may be hard to catch. He's lost his ID tag so he has no identification right now and has a pretty whiny sounding meow.
