Lost Dog in Unknown, OK, 0 Male, Last Seen: 04 January 2020

He is 10 month old Border Collie with white front legs with black spots. He has white on his chest and neck, and white tip on his tail. He was wearing a Nightmare Before Christmas collar and his blue leash was attached to his collar. He is very skittish and keeps his tail tucked if he doesn’t know you.
