Tan/white he does have a chip out of Texas his old owner called him Chico I got him 2015 from co-worker he’s friendly short hair chihuahua long body daughter let him out to go potty an he never came back West Fargo police picked him up an had a hold on him cuz I didn’t get paid until fri but police said he can’t hold him that long in shelter an they was going to put him up why he already had a loving home he’s been in our family almost 5 yrs I want him home.
