About this Lost Dog
Bella is an 8 year old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. She has four white socks, white chest, and white tip on her tail. She weighed about 13 pounds at time of disappearance. She is a disabled vet’s emotional support dog. She got loose from her owner just as a bad storm was moving into the city.
