We found our wonderful Rascal thanks to our development's Neighborhood Watch. PLEASE always respond to a cat that follows you or comes up to your porch or deck, meowing! They are telling you they are someone's pet who wants help getting home. We actually reunited a neighbor's cat with their family, and we found Rascal the same way! We are forever grateful for good neighbors!
