He is neutered and very friendly to other cats. He will follow them with disregard for his surroundings. He's afraid of humans and noises. He is a dark grey/white tabby cat. His top coat and tail are dark grey. His belly coat and paws are white. His face is white with a dark grey patch around one eye. He might be hiding in someone's backyard, or bushes or followed a cat into a house. Please don't chase because he'll get even more scared. Thank you.
