Thanks for spreading the word everyone! I put out mackerel, sardines, tuna, soft food, and hard food along with his litter box and cat carrier on our front step. Also I made a smelly soup of the 3 kinds of fish and had them cooking on high in a crock pot next to a window blowing outside (house under positive pressure using box fans).
