About this Lost Dog
Black and tan Coton de Tulear, spayed, 3yrs old. Recently rescued and has been in our foster care for 1 week prior to escaping. She was rescued from a neglecting puppy mill. She is super timid. She may be hiding away from loud noises and barking dogs. Please help!
