About this Lost Cat

His name is Maximus Reginald. He is ~12 years old, ~13 pounds, brown with prominent black stripes, and vibrant green/yellow eyes. His previous owner had him declawed front AND rear, and he has no way to effectively protect himself. He breathes heavily, due to asthma. He is prescribed Prednisolone to help alleviate the symptoms.
