The story of "Rubiks (Rubie)" in Illinois
Dog reunited with family · May 21, 2023
UPDATE: We found Rubie and he's home with us!!!!! Thank you so much to everyone for your kind words and your support. This has been so difficult for us and we are so grateful for this happy ending. Thank you so much to @Denise Gergits Giblin, @Linda Stiert Hartman, Lost Dogs of Illinois, and Grundy County Animal Shelter for their help and support. We could not have done it without them. He was found nearly an hour away by a kind woman who found him in a cornfield and was able to coax him to safety, worried he was going to get hit by a car.
