Arnold is a all black American Shorthair. 12lbs with a row of pronounced white nipples on his belly. He has a pink collar with bell. Arnold also doe NOT have a meow. Just a raspy very slight meow. Arnold has been neutered and best estimate is he about 20months old. Arnold is extremely friendly with people and dogs. He will plop down in front of both for attention and affection. He is the love of my wheelchair bound mom. Thank you for your help. To whoever finds him there is a reward.
