Today I was able to retrieve Miggy via humane trap. He'd been waiting outside of the neighbor's place for food. I received a call minutes later that he'd gone in. I'm very happy for all of the tips and resources made available to help reunite owners with their pets. I hope that more people are able to do the same. Tahnk you so much.
