8 yr old neutered male Bully breed Pitbull, white and "blue" 90-100lb with hot spot from chewing on his lower back onto base of tail. Has early onset hip dysplasia and needs medicine! Ears and tail intact. Slipped collar or it was removed but he is microchipped. Tattoo on lower belly.
