Description:
Scratch is a male cat approximately 2-3 yrs old. He is ginger (orange) with beautiful orange/brown eyes. I don’t believe he’s neutered or microchipped. He is loving, but probably scared. When his owners kicked him out, he would just sit on the step and cry.
