Blue Kitty is a bit shy and skittish. He is an inside-outside cat who likes to take his collar off at times. Blue does not have a tail, but just a little nub for a tail. He has blue eyes, white/gray fur, and a pink little nose. Blue does have a chip, but we have yet been able to locate him.
