Missing Cat

Description:

He is 5 years old. He is very friendly. He has a shaved patch on his front arm from the vet(from a couple weeks ago) He was on my third floor balcony, he fell or was scared off by something early in the morning on 11/24/2020.. there are scratch marks going off of my deck as if he was holding on. He is a very good boy, and very loving. Any help would be appreciated.. Thank you
